NAI Shames Makovsky reports the following deals:



EFG-South Sloan’s Lake I, LLC bought 2.24 acres at 1650 and 1606 Stuart St. in Denver from NAVA Lakehouse for $6.8 million. Dorit Fischer and Hayden Hirschfeld represented the seller.



Denver Health and Hospital Authority bought 3.59 acres at 5002 Tower Road in Denver from Oakwood Homes, LLC for $1.7 million. Dorit Fischer, Hayden Hirschfeld and Joey Gargotto represented the buyer.



Centre Point Properties, LLC bought a 50,000-square-foot building at 1525 Raleigh St. in Denver from LCPW Sloan’s 1525, LLC for $11 million. Darrin Revious and Ana Sandomire represented the seller.



Brad Anderson bought an office building at 616 E. Speer Blvd. and 232 Pearl St. in Denver from OLC Holdings, LLC for $3.4 million. Dorit Fischer, Hayden Hirschfeld and Joey Gargotto represented the buyer.



Simoleon, LLC bought a 6,758-square-foot office building at 940 N. Lincoln St. in Denver from Dojo, LLC. Todd Silverman represented the buyer.



Denver Office, LLC bought a 1,705-square-foot office suite at 1800 Glenarm Place in Denver from First National Bank of Santa Fe for $335,000. Todd Snyder represented the seller.



32nd and Lowell, LLC bought an 11,929-square-foot retail building at 3480 to 3496 W. 32nd Ave. in Denver from Lowell Properties for $5.18 million. Todd Silverman and Alexander Bos represented the seller.



Sun Valley Ecodistrict Trust bought a 24,427-square-foot retail building at 888 Federal Blvd. in Denver from Robert and Betty Reed for $2 million. Dorit Fischer, Hayden Hirschfeld and Joey Gargotto represented the buyer.



2551 Property Partners, LLC bought a retail building at 2551 E. 120th Ave. in Thornton from China 2008, LLC for $1.5 million. Todd Silverman and Alexander Bos represented the buyer.



John Balafas bought a retail building at 800 W. 84th Ave. in Denver from Krovitz NW, LLC for $680,000. Sandy Feld and Jake Malman represented the seller.
